Allen & Heath QU32 Chrome Digital Mixing Console

    299,999.00

Qu-32: A Powerhouse Digital Mixer That Fits Your Workflow

Whether you’re recording in the studio or mixing front of house, your mixer is the core of your operation. If it fights you, your work suffers. Many digital consoles are inscrutable on the surface, forcing you to descend into menu purgatory just to perform a simple function. The Allen & Heath Qu-32 Chrome Edition mixer is designed with a clean, logical layout, so you can get to what you need, fast. The Qu-32 features audiophile sound quality, touchscreen control, 32 AnalogiQ preamps integrated with DSP, instant recall, 33 motorized faders, high-efficiency ARM core processing, studio-grade effects, an integrated multitrack USB recorder, and truckloads more, the Allen & Heath Qu-32 Chrome Edition mixer will drastically improve both your workflow and your end product.

Qu-32 Chrome Edition adds more monitor mixes, a spectrogram, and an Automatic Mic Mixer

The Allen & Heath Qu-32 Chrome Edition expands on the already impressive Qu-32 mixer, while also adding high-contrast metallic-finished controls. A spectrogram display has been added to help you find feedback and problem frequencies fast. More monitor mixes are now available. And the Qu-32 Chrome Edition’s Automatic Mic Mixer mode automatically balances up to 16 microphone inputs, perfect for conferences, panel talks, and TV shows. The Qu-32 is ideal for novices and volunteers that may not be comfortable mixing a large number of mics, and it’s also great for pros who have more important things to do than ride faders.

Intuitive — and very comfortable to work on

Having a mixer with massive processing power and sophisticated functionality is nice, but if you can’t get to the controls you need instantly, it’s all for naught. With the Qu-32 Chrome Edition, the digital console has evolved to the point where you forget that it’s digital and just get on with your session, fluidly and efficiently. Without menu diving. Allen & Heath put years of research into ergonomics and the hands-on mixing experience, resulting in digital consoles that deliver a natural, logical layout and workflow. Your most-used processing tools are presented clearly on the SuperStrip, with one function per physical control. Whether you’re a digital novice or coming from years of analog mixing, you’ll find the Qu-32 Chrome Edition intuitive — and very comfortable to work on.

Touchscreen control speeds up your Qu-32 workflow

The Allen & Heath Qu-32 Chrome Edition rocks a 16-million-color, 800 x 480 touchscreen with an integrated data encoder – the core of a user interface that gives you quick and easy access to all your settings. Designed for clarity, the user-friendly interface of the Qu-32 has dedicated keys and screen tabs that let you quickly get to your meter and RTA views, effects racks, channel processing, USB audio control, setup menus, scenes, and much more.

AnalogiQ preamps and 24-bit conversion for warm, musical sound

Allen & Heath fortified the Qu-32 Chrome Edition with 32 of their superb AnalogiQ total-recall preamps. Featuring phantom power, zero crossing detection, and a unique pad-less, 1dB-step gain stage, the preamps are married to the DSP for optimum transparency and gain accuracy. The analog signal is captured by high-quality, low-latency 24-bit A/D converters matched to high-grade 24-bit D/A converters. A&H has spent considerable time refining the AnalogiQ design so it gives you stellar transparency, with minimum distortion and a vanishingly low noise floor. But how do these preamps sound? Take it from us, the Qu-32 Chrome Edition is delightfully analog-sounding — warm and musical.

    Total-recall moving-fader automation supercharges your Qu-32 mixing

We first saw moving faders on some of the high-end, large-format consoles of the late 1970s. With the advent of digital technology, flying faders later became fairly standard, albeit not on entry-level digital mixers. Fader automation is a must-have for efficient mixing, particularly when you’re dealing with multiple monitor mixes. Simply push a mix key, and the faders immediately fly to the send levels for that mix. The Allen & Heath Qu-32 Chrome Edition sports 33 motorized ALPS faders. The 32 channel faders are arranged over two layers, giving you instant access to all your channels and masters in a compact space. There’s also a dedicated master fader on the Qu-32 that dynamically follows your mix selection. A third (custom) layer is available for the configurable user strip layout, where you can assign any combination of Inputs, FX Sends, FX Returns, and Mix masters.

Powerful functionality added in v1.9 software

The Qu series ecosystem is constantly being refined, and v1.9 of the Qu software adds even more functionality. More mic presets for Shure, Sennheiser and Audio-Technica mics are now available, making it easier than ever to dial in great sound fast with any mic in any application. You’ll find a ton of advanced iPad control options too, like the ability to patch channels between dSnake, USB, Qu Drive and ME personal monitoring systems. You can set up various User profiles with different levels of permissions, manage your Scene memory, Copy/Paste channel settings, and manage USB devices. And v1.9 adds Windows DAW control support, for all popular Windows platforms.

    Yamaha TF-Rack Digital Mixing Console

    159,999.00

Rackmountable, Easy to Use, and It Sounds Awesome!

The Yamaha TF-Rack rackmount digital mixer is so easy to use, it’s downright inspiring! Respond to the music onstage with effortless speed and freedom, by virtue of the TF-Rack’s fluid TouchFlow Operation. For experienced engineers and novices alike, the TF-Rack’s level of refinement is nothing short of astonishing, which makes achieving a great mix a piece of cake. And after listening to the TF-Rack’s great-sounding D-Pre mic preamps, we think you’ll agree that this comfortable, smooth-operating rackmount digital mixer doesn’t skimp on sound quality either. Thanks to its straightforward touchscreen design and practical presets and scenes, the Yamaha TF-Rack is a truly evolved rackmount digital mixer.

TouchFlow Operation for smooth, natural control flow

Smooth and refined, the Yamaha TF-Rack’s TouchFlow Operation provides you with straightforward control that never stands between you and your music. Here, we’ve found that the user interface on the TF-Rack’s built-in touchscreen gives you easy, direct accessibility, with a layout that promotes natural, efficient mixing. A physical Touch & Turn knob right beside the touchscreen makes extra-precision adjustments a breeze.

QuickPro presets and scenes — shortcuts to great sound

The Yamaha TF-Rack is probably one of the least intimidating digital consoles in existence, thanks to its incredibly practical presets and scenes. Working with microphone manufacturers such as Audio-Technica, Sennheiser, and Shure as well as respected engineers, Yamaha has created a range of shortcuts to great sound that are effective in all kinds of situations. If you’re a novice engineer, the TF-Rack’s presets will achieve a great mix without a bunch of tweaking. On the other hand, if you’re an experienced engineer, you’ll appreciate the significant time savings provided by having useful starting points instantly available to you. On top of that, you get two banks of scene memory (for a total of 200 scenes), that set up and instantly recall all of your settings for nearly any scenario. You even get pre-programmed scenes to get you started!

1-knob compression and EQ dial in your ideal sound

Gain, compressor, and EQ setup is child’s play with the Yamaha TF-Rack. Whether you’re an experienced FOH engineer or volunteering to run sound for a worship service, the TF-Rack’s simplified 1-knob operation lets you adjust compressor and EQ settings with confidence. With a simple twist of a knob, you can use a compressor to bring a guitar to life, add punch to bass, tighten up a snare, and make vocals ride clearly on the mix. On top of that, the TF-Rack’s finely tuned EQ quickly achieves outstanding results with minimal effort. You also get a Vocal Mode for clear, well-defined vocals, and an Intensity mode for simplified control over EQ curves. Finally, the TF-Rack’s GainFinder optimizes your gain setup so you can achieve Grade-A sound quality with little effort.

D-Pre mic preamps and onboard effects deliver phenomenal quality

The mic preamps play a significant role in defining the sound of your mix, which is why the Yamaha TF-Rack is loaded with 16 of their acclaimed D-Pre mic pres. Utilizing a circuit based on a discrete inverted Darlington configuration, D-Pre preamps provide you with a clean, precise sound that captures every nuance and subtlety of your source. The pure sound of these pres ensures that you won’t need to spend hours EQing just to get a barely acceptable sound, like you would with low-quality mic preamps. You also get eight powerful processors, providing you with wide-ranging sonic control. In addition to the EQ and dynamics processors on each channel, you also get 19 programs based on Yamaha’s world-famous SPX processors, ranging from reverb and delay through modulation effects to multiband compression. The TF-Rack’s aux buses and output channels feature both parametric and graphic EQs, making speaker optimization and feedback elimination a piece of cake.

Powerful apps that work seamlessly with your console

A trio of dedicated apps makes offline editing, wireless mixing, and personal monitor mixing a breeze. Utilizing a Mac or PC, TF Editor provides complete offline editing and setup of the Yamaha TF-Rack. You can also use TF Editor when your mixer is online. Your multi-touch screen-equipped PC can use the same gestures as the console itself, and it can also function as a remote mixing device via Wi-Fi. Load TF StageMix on your iPad to mix from anywhere. Work from the audience position, in front of floor monitors, or onstage to ensure that every inch of the venue sounds great. TF MonitorMix works with your iOS device, allowing up to 10 musicians to create their own personal monitor mix.

Versatile connectivity makes for an infinitely useful console

The Yamaha TF-Rack is packed with 16 XLR/TRS combo inputs, 16 line outputs, and USB connectivity for PC multichannel playback and recording. Load an NY64-D digital interface card (sold separately) into the TF-Rack’s expansion slot and add up to three Tio1608-D I/O racks (also sold separately) via Dante for a total of 64 inputs and 40 outputs.

Yamaha TF-Rack Rackmount Digital Mixer Features:
