    Smart and Powerful Loudspeaker Management

The DriveRack VENU360 brings together everything you love about dbx processors and puts it into one powerful loudspeaker management tool. With the latest advances in AFS and AutoEQ, the VENU360 joins the DriveRack line with powerful DSP that makes your setup life easier and your sound even sweeter. dbx is famous for giving engineers all of the system processing power they need from convenient crossover configurations to system EQ to presets for specific speaker cabinets that automatically set you up for sound success, and all in one piece of roadworthy gear. Tuning your PA, no matter what size, is an important step towards getting great sound in any room, use dbx’s DriveRack VENU360 and get it done right.

System configuration virtually any way you like it

The VENU360 gives you three analog inputs, AES digital inputs, and six balanced, analog outputs that are designed to take signal directly from your mixer to fully support mono, stereo, LCR, and aux-fed sub systems. The balanced XLR outputs with full EQ and dynamics processing give you expanded system configuration options that include separate processing for monitor systems and making up to 6-way system operations possible. The VENU360 works great for installed systems and is compatible with Ethernet wall controllers. For portable systems – whether you’re flying a line array in an arena or setting up your band at the local pub – the VENU360 makes light work of getting the show ready for downbeat. And since dbx is continually working on making their processing cleaner and better, they included a USB port for easy firmware updates.

Get the latest in dbx processing technologies

The VENU360 gives you professional-level processing power by providing essential loudspeaker tuning tools. With the latest in dbx processing including their most accurate AFS (Automatic Feedback Suppression) ever, AutoEQ and Level Assist functions with front panel RTA mic input, graphic and parametric EQs on both the inputs and outputs, compression and other dynamics processing, time delay functions, and bass-bumping subharmonic synthesis, you get all the power you’d usually find in two racks full of gear in one VENU360!

The power you need but easier than ever to use

Just because it’s powerful doesn’t mean the VENU360 is complicated. In fact, with its automated wizard setup utilities, getting great sound is easy whether there’s a pro at the desk or a Sunday services volunteer. A large, super-bright LCD screen gives you access to a setup wizard that supports full system configuration and tuning including monitoring systems, access to loudspeaker presets, and hundreds of other audio paramaters. Like what you hear? Then save it! You’ll have up to 75 user-definable presets to make switching from the Saturday night service praise and worship band to the Sunday morning choir configuration a snap. These presets are especially helpful if you rely on volunteers, because even if you run full range and mono, the VENU360 works to protect your system components while optimizing your sound. And if you’re a member of a touring band, nothing makes an impression on a venue manager like a quick setup and great sound, and nothing makes it easier for you to do than the VENU360.

    The convenience of wireless control

Setting up a PA is hard work. You spend the day unloading gear, getting it into position, cabling it up, getting signal through it, and now, it’s time to tune – here’s where the VENU360 can be your hero. Simply plug a router into the VENU360 and you’ll be able to set up and operate it using dbx’s app on your Mac or PC or iOS or Android device – the VENU360 gives you the flexibility to configure your PA offline and get it all done before you even step foot in the venue. When you’re ready to fine tune your pre-configurations, fire up your tablet or iPad and tune while you walk the room, the VENU360 gives you a chance to tune your PA from the audience perspective and not just from the front of house position.

Affordable Low-frequency Monitoring Accuracy from Genelec

Extend the low end of your monitoring system with the Genelec 7050C powered subwoofer. This compact sub gets you tightly down to 24Hz (-6dB), while its innovative Laminar Spiral Enclosure yields outstanding bass articulation and enhanced low-frequency capacity. An optimized 130-watt Class D amplifier, active crossover, and room response controls further solidify the sonic precision of the 7050C. You also save energy, by virtue of Genelec’s Intelligent Signal Sensing power management feature. An ideal companion for your 8010, 8020, 8030 or M030 monitors, the Genelec 7050C active subwoofer is an excellent way to achieve accurate full-bandwidth monitoring in your studio.

Laminar Spiral Enclosure (LSE) delivers smooth, controlled bass

Developed by Genelec’s award-winning R & D team in Finland, the 7050C active subwoofer’s radically innovative Laminar Spiral Enclosure (LSE) design dramatically alters how high-level, low-frequency acoustic energy is delivered to any critical listening space. The result of LSE technology is the elimination of port turbulence-caused acoustic non-linearities, which means a smooth-sounding flow of low-frequency energy from the 7050C’s rigid tuned enclosure.

Remarkable response from 8″ LF driver

The 7050C active subwoofer features a muscular 8″ LF driver loaded into a Laminar Spiral Enclosure (LSE) for optimal low-frequency response. Its free-field frequency response is 24Hz to 85Hz (-6dB). With 103dB of SPL handling, the 7050C delivers 0 watts of undistorted low end via a powerful Genelec-designed Class D amplifier. Here, we’ve combined the 7050C with a pair of 8010 or 8020 studio monitors for a full bandwidth system with genuine Genelec quality.

ISS Power Management saves precious energy

Genelec’s Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS) feature automatically switches the active 7050C to standby, reducing power consumption to less than half a watt when no audio signal has been detected for awhile. When it receives an audio signal again, the loudspeaker turns back on. Fully compliant with the latest EU requirements and the ErP 2013 directive for electronic devices, ISS is good for the environment and will save you money on your studio electricity bill. It’s a win-win proposition!

    Perfect Pint-sized Monitor

Whether you’re setting up an editing suite in a closet-sized space, putting together a mobile media van, or simply don’t have the space or budget for larger studio monitors, the Genelec 8010 bi-amplified loudspeaker is a great pick. Although this pint-sized studio monitor features a 3″ woofer and a 3/4″ tweeter, it delivers a remarkable frequency response, extending from approximately from 74Hz to 20kHz. One thing the recording pros particularly appreciate about the 8010 is its steady low-end balance, which we don’t often find in a nearfield model. A pair of 8010s and a laptop are ideal for mobile production, and you can comfortably combine five 8010s with a 7050B subwoofer for an effective and affordable 5.1 surround system.

The characteristics of the 8000 Series in a compact size

All the natural, uncolored, and extremely low distortion reproduction characteristics of the highly praised Genelec 8000 series are here in the 8010, with a low-frequency extension you would never expect. Size is no handicap to performance with the 8010! It incorporates Genelec’s acoustic design innovations to minimize all forms of distortion. The 8010 has a die-cast aluminium Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE), which features relatively large internal volumes, softly curved edges, and outstanding mechanical strength. As a result, the 8010’s imaging accuracy and low frequency extension with such a compact enclosure are truly astounding.

Genelec 8010 Nearfield Studio Monitor Features:

    • An extremely small studio monitor that’s ideal for mobile applications and tight spaces
    • Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE) ensures low distortion performance
    • 3″ woofer and 3/4″ tweeter deliver remarkably flat frequency response from 74Hz to 20kHz
    • Iso-Pod foot provides excellent isolation and angle control
    • Pair perfectly with 7050B subwoofer for 2.1 or 5.1 monitoring

Get killer accuracy for tight spaces and mobile setups with the Genelec 8010 nearfield studio monitor!

Genelec Quality in an Ultra-compact Monitor

Grab a set of Genelec 8020D active studio monitors and say goodbye to muddled, inaccurate sound and mixes that never seem to translate. Genelec upgraded their popular nearfield with more power, higher SPL capability, and lower energy consumption. When it comes to mixing music and producing professional audio, there’s no replacement for quality monitors. The 8020D delivers focused and precise sound with exceptional stereo imaging and directionality, as well as remarkably deep bass for its size. You’ll hear dimensional nuances in your mixes you never even realized were there! In addition, it features advanced technology like built-in Iso-Pod decoupling and ISS power management. Step up to a new level of monitoring accuracy with Genelec 8020D studio monitors from us.

Minimum Diffraction Enclosure delivers focused nearfield sound

The 8020D features Genelec’s Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE) with rounded edges and a gently curved front and sides. This allows the 8020D to achieve a very smooth frequency response and superb imaging qualities with minimized cabinet-edge diffraction.

Directivity Control Waveguide enhances dimensional imaging

Like all Genelec 8000 Series monitors, the 8020D also features the advanced Genelec Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW). The revolutionary DCW has been further enhanced to provide extremely accurate control of the 8020D’s directivity. Genelec designed this specially-shaped and very smooth surface and integrated it with the enclosure. Its area has been maximized to achieve an astoundingly flat on and off-axis frequency response. The 8020D has a wide and consistent listening window, with minimal harmful early room reflections and other colorations associated with conventional designs.

High-performance reflex port design delivers extended lows

To increase the 8020D woofer’s low-frequency extension and SPL capacity, Genelec designed an ingenious flow-optimized reflex port. The long, curved tube maximizes airflow so the 8020D can reproduce surprisingly deep bass without compression. The tube terminates with a wide flare, minimizing port noises and providing excellent bass articulation. An optimized die-cast aluminum structure with extremely durable semi-matte finish and acoustically optimized metal grilles add to the 8020D’s acoustic excellence.

Dedicated high-headroom amps for each driver

Genelec’s low distortion drivers — a 4″ woofer and a 3/4″ metal-dome tweeter — are driven by the 8020D’s dedicated 50-watt Class D bass and treble amplifiers after sophisticated filtering. Magnetic shielding, overload protection circuitry, and versatile room response controls are standard.

Protected by Genelec’s ISS power management system

Thanks to Genelec’s Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS) power management system, you never have to remember to shut down your 8020D monitors again. ISS circuitry checks for an input signal. After a period of time, if ISS doesn’t detect anything, it switches your 8020D over to a low-power sleep state, safeguarding your gear and sparing you the wasted electricity.

Versatile mounting options plus special Iso-Pod stand

The versatile mounting features on the 8020D include integrated rear support points for wall and floor stands plus a further 3/8″ thread for mounting on the cabinet base. In addition, every Genelec 8020D monitor comes with an Iso-Pod (Isolation Positioner/Decoupler) as standard. The Iso-Pod is a clever mounting stand, which allows the 8020D to perform in either the vertical or horizontal position. The IsoPod also enables the acoustic axis of the monitor to be aimed at the listener, while acoustically and mechanically decoupling the monitor from the surface it’s resting on.

    Genelec 8020D Bi-Amplified Monitor Features:

    • Compact, versatile nearfield monitor for project studios, workstations, and surround components
